I am currently partnering with a large private sector organisation to recruit an experienced Iteration Manager to support the delivery of a major CRM and enterprise platform modernisation program.

This program is focused on implementing and integrating new digital platforms including Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365, with the goal of improving customer engagement, operational efficiency and data driven decision making across the organisation.

As the Iteration Manager, you will lead the delivery cadence for a cross functional squad operating within the Process, Data and Technology stream of the program. The role will focus on coordinating agile delivery activities, supporting data and reporting initiatives and ensuring the team delivers high quality outcomes aligned to program priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate agile delivery within a cross functional squad supporting CRM and enterprise platform initiatives;

• Coordinate sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand ups and delivery reviews;

• Work closely with Business Analysts, technical teams and stakeholders to ensure work is prioritised and delivered effectively;

• Support initiatives related to data migration, data quality and reporting impacts resulting from solution changes;

• Assist in coordinating dependencies across other delivery squads and program streams; and

• Ensure accurate reporting of squad progress, risks and delivery outcomes.

Key Experience

• Previous experience working as an Iteration Manager, Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead within large programs;

• Experience supporting CRM or enterprise platform implementations such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics 365;

• Strong understanding of agile delivery frameworks and squad-based delivery models;

• Ability to coordinate cross functional teams including business, technical and data resources;

• Experience working in complex transformation or modernisation programs; and

• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
