What is the role?

  • Providing high-level administrative support, including document preparation, formatting, proofreading, and file management;

  • Managing calendars, scheduling meetings and coordinating travel;

  • Liaising professionally with clients, counsel, and internal stakeholders to support smooth communication and workflow;

  • Assisting with billing processes; and

  • Conducting basic research, compiling information, and supporting lawyers with ad-hoc tasks to ensure efficient practice operations.

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in a Legal Support role, ideally 2 years+;

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint);

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines; and

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
