What is the role?
Opportunity has arisen due to team growth;
Provide administrative support to a busy personal injury team;
Assist with drafting and editing legal documents and correspondence;
Liaise with clients, medical providers and third parties;
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and assist with file management; and
Handle phone calls, emails, and other inquiries promptly and professionally.
What are we looking for?
Previous experience in an administrative or team assistant role (legal experience advantageous);
Strong interest in pursuing a career in the legal industry;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint);
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines; and
High attention to detail and a proactive approach.
