The Role
This is a Key Account Manager opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can drive growth through Australia’s largest retail partners.
You’ll take ownership of key national accounts, building strong buyer relationships, executing go-to-market plans, and ensuring smooth operational delivery across ranging, forecasting and promotional activity.
Key Responsibilities
Own and grow a portfolio of major retail accounts across ANZ;
Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders (buyers, category, merchandising and operations teams);
Execute go-to-market plans to drive sales performance, market share and ranging wins;
Manage forecasting, sales modelling and reporting to support inventory and commercial planning;
Drive best-in-class account management including promotions, pricing support and retail execution;
Partner closely with internal teams (sales ops, marketing, supply chain, product) to deliver outcomes; and
Provide insights on market activity, competitor trends and category opportunities.
About You
To be successful, you will bring:
5+ years’ experience in Key Account Management / National Accounts / Sales;
Experience working with major Australian retailers (consumer electronics / appliances / tech highly regarded);
Strong commercial and analytical capability (forecasting, reporting, sales modelling);
A relationship-led approach with the ability to influence and negotiate win/win outcomes;
Strong presentation skills and stakeholder management ability; and
A proactive mindset and ability to thrive in a growing, agile environment.
