About the Business
This is a business with genuine momentum.

With a strong customer base already established, the next phase is focused on commercially sharp operators who can identify opportunity, open doors and build long term partnerships.
About the Role
This is not a sit behind the desk account management role.
You’ll own a territory, manage existing relationships and actively hunt for new business opportunities across hospitality, catering, foodservice and broader commercial channels.
The role will suit someone who enjoys being in market, building pipeline, uncovering opportunity and converting commercial outcomes. You’ll have the ability to work autonomously while partnering closely with internal teams across operations, category, marketing and finance to deliver tailored customer solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
Driving new business acquisition across your territory;
Managing and growing existing key accounts;
Building and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline;
Developing tailored commercial solutions for customers;
Working cross-functionally to deliver strong onboarding and execution;
Maintaining strong visibility in market through regular customer engagement; and
Regional travel as required.
About You
You’re commercially driven, naturally proactive and enjoy the chase.
You know how to build relationships quickly, ask good questions and identify where value can be created for both the customer and the business. You’re equally comfortable opening new doors as you are managing existing partnerships.
You’ll bring:
Experience in B2B sales, territory management or key account management;
Exposure to hospitality, foodservice, catering, FMCG or adjacent industries;
Strong commercial acumen and negotiation capability;
High levels of resilience, organisation and self-motivation;
The ability to manage multiple opportunities at varying stages; and
A genuine team-first mentality.
Most importantly, you’ll bring energy, accountability and a strong desire to win.
