About the Role
This Key Account Manager will take ownership of the Woolworths account. Reporting to the National Business Manager, you will be responsible for driving profitable growth, developing strategic customer partnerships and delivering commercial objectives across one of Australia's largest grocery retailers.
This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of a major national account, combining strategic customer management with hands on commercial execution. Working closely with cross functional teams, you will leverage category insights, identify growth opportunities and execute customer plans that deliver sustainable results.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic customer plans to drive growth across Woolworths;
Build strong customer relationships and lead commercial negotiations;
Drive sales, profitability, market share and distribution growth;
Manage promotional activity, trade investment and customer profitability;
Leverage category and shopper insights to identify growth opportunities; and
Lead forecasting, business planning and performance reviews.
About You
3+ years' account management experience in FMCG or Consumer Health;
Experience working with major grocery retailers;
Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills;
Ability to turn data and insights into growth opportunities;
Excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills; and
Proactive, results driven and collaborative approach.
