About the Role:
u&u Recruitment Partners is seeking an experienced Lead Business Analyst to join a well-established financial services organisation based in Melbourne CBD.
This permanent opportunity offers the chance to lead an established Business Analysis function while remaining hands-on across a broad portfolio of business and technology initiatives. Working closely with technology and business stakeholders, you'll help shape delivery outcomes, mentor Business Analysts and contribute to the continued maturity of the BA practice.
This role offers an immediate start and a hybrid working arrangement.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor and develop a team of Business Analysts;
Partner with business and technology stakeholders across multiple initiatives;
Provide hands-on Business Analysis where required;
Drive best practice across the BA function;
Improve stakeholder engagement and delivery outcomes; and
Support the successful delivery of strategic change initiatives.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
Previous experience leading Business Analysts;
Strong hands-on Business Analysis experience;
Financial services or other regulated industry experience;
Experience partnering with technology delivery teams;
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; and
Passion for developing people and improving capability.
