We are seeking an L&D Systems Specialist to start as soon as possible on an initial four-month contract with potential for extension or permanency.

This role can be performed fully remotely or as a hybrid position from the Mascot office.

**The Role:
**
Reporting to the L&D Manager, you will support the design and delivery of several IT system changes currently being rolled out.

  • Develop and deliver training for a new nationwide fleet application;

  • Conduct a comprehensive training needs analysis;

  • Create online learning materials, including train the trainer resources;

  • Update and refresh training materials for an ERP finance system upgrade, with delivery handed over to the project team;

  • Support the design of training materials for a Power BI platform; and

  • Produce additional training content as required.

To Be Successful:

  • Demonstrated experience providing L&D support for IT system launches;

  • Experience working within large and complex organisations is advantageous;

  • Strong capability in conducting training needs analysis and developing high quality learning solutions and training packs;

  • E-learning experience is highly regarded; and

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and interpret learning needs.
