Learning & Capability Advisor
Brisbane CBD | Full-time
Are you an experienced Learning & Development professional who enjoys facilitating meaningful learning experiences and building capability across all levels of a business?
We are partnering with a well-established national organisation to appoint a Learning & Capability Advisor to support the delivery and continuous improvement of key development programs across the business.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on learning environment and enjoys balancing facilitation, stakeholder engagement and program coordination. Working across early careers, management development and professional capability initiatives, you will play an important role in maintaining and delivering established learning programs that support long-term organisational growth.
About the Role
Working as part of a collaborative People team, you will take ownership of the day-to-day coordination and delivery of established learning initiatives, ensuring programs are engaging, effective and aligned to business needs.
With strong frameworks and programs already in place, this role is focused on delivery, stakeholder partnership and continuous improvement rather than building programs from scratch.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver and coordinate established learning and capability programs;
Facilitate engaging workshops and professional development sessions;
Support early careers and management development initiatives;
Partner with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation;
Coordinate training schedules, events and external learning providers;
Manage learning records, reporting and program evaluations; and
Identify opportunities to enhance and improve existing programs.
About You
You will bring demonstrated experience within a corporate Learning & Development environment and have a passion for creating engaging learning experiences through strong facilitation and relationship-building.
To be successful, you will have:
Experience delivering and coordinating L&D programs in complex organisations;
Strong facilitation and presentation skills;
Exposure to leadership, graduate or professional development programs;
Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing capability;
Strong administrative and organisational skills;
The ability to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously; and
A practical, collaborative and proactive approach.
This is an excellent opportunity for an established L&D Advisor or Capability professional looking to step into a visible, business-facing role where you can make a genuine impact.
