Ready for a role where you can take ownership, develop your expertise and make a real impact?
This newly created Leasing Paralegal opportunity offers the chance to join an established in-house legal team, manage a busy retail leasing portfolio and work closely with experienced legal professionals.
With hands-on mentorship, broader commercial exposure and the opportunity to improve processes and introduce new ideas, this is a great next step for someone looking to grow their career and make the role their own.
You'll suit this role if you're proactive, confident working autonomously and keen to take on more responsibility in a supportive team environment.
Why you’ll love it
Mentorship from experienced legal professionals: Work closely with senior members of the legal team who are happy to share their knowledge and support your development;
Room to grow: Build on your retail leasing expertise, broaden your commercial understanding and explore opportunities to develop across the wider legal function over time;
Make the role your own: As this is a newly created position, you’ll have the opportunity to bring ideas to the table, improve processes and help shape how leasing matters are managed;
A supportive team environment: Join an approachable, collaborative legal team that values personality, initiative and people who want to get involved; and
Flexibility that works: Enjoy a hybrid arrangement of three days in the office and two days working from home.

Track leasing matters and prepare regular status reports for internal stakeholders;
Liaise with landlords, managing agents, external solicitors and internal property teams to keep transactions progressing;
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve processes and introduce automation; and
Work collaboratively with the wider legal team on projects and initiatives, broadening your exposure beyond day-to-day leasing.
