About the Role

This is a pivotal support role with a strong focus on billing, matter administration and day-to-day team coordination.

Working closely with senior legal professionals, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of matters, client engagements and office support functions. This role is ideally suited to someone who enjoys working in a structured environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex billing processes, including invoice preparation, review and finalisation;

  • Support matter administration, compliance, document management and court bundles;

  • Coordinate partner diaries, inbox management, meetings and court schedules;

  • Assist with time recording, billing narratives and revenue support processes; and

  • Coordinate client meetings, presentations and broader team support activities.

About You

  • 3+ years’ experience in a Legal Assistant, Legal Secretary, or Paralegal role;

  • Strong billing experience, ideally within a commercial legal environment;

  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail;

  • Confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced team; and

  • Professional communication skills with a proactive, team-focused approach.
