The role
You’ll support a busy General Insurance team, working closely with Partners and lawyers who are approachable and happy to invest time in their support staff. It’s a hands-on role where you’ll get involved and take ownership of your work.
Preparing court documents and correspondence;
Managing diaries and inboxes;
Brief preparation;
Monthly billing;
Opening and closing matters; and
General admin support across the team.
About you
You like being busy, you’re organised, and you take pride in your work.
Around 1 year’s experience as a Legal Assistant or Legal Secretary;
Billing experience;
Strong attention to detail;
Confident communication;
Able to manage deadlines and juggle priorities; and
Someone who enjoys working as part of a team.
