We’re partnering with a highly regarded boutique family law firm known for its supportive culture and quality work. This is a role where you’ll be trusted, developed, and exposed to meaningful matters from day one.
The Role
Working closely with experienced lawyers, you’ll play an important part in the team, supporting across a range of family law matters. You’ll be involved in:
Drafting legal documents and client correspondence;
Managing diaries, appointments and key deadlines;
Liaising with clients, barristers and external parties;
File management and day-to-day practice support;
Preparing briefs and court documents for hearings and conferences; and
Assisting with billing, time entry and general file administration.
You’ll gain strong exposure to family law matters and have the opportunity to develop your skills in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
About You
At least 2 years’ experience as a Legal Assistant / Legal Secretary;
Strong interest in family law and supporting clients through complex and sensitive matters;
Strong attention to detail and organisation; and
Proactive, personable, and keen to build a long-term career in this space.
