This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading law firm with a strong reputation, supporting a busy Dispute Resolution team.

  • Leading law firm with strong market presence;

  • Permanent role within a collaborative Disputes team;

  • Structured training, induction and ongoing development; and

  • Up to $105,000 package (DOE).

What Is The Role?
 
You will provide essential administrative and legal support to a busy Dispute Resolution team, ensuring the smooth running of matters and day-to-day operations.

  • Drafting, editing and formatting legal correspondence and documents;

  • Assisting with matter management, cost agreements, fee estimates and client reporting;

  • End-to-end monthly billing;

  • Managing diaries, court calendars and key deadlines;

  • Coordinating meetings, events and internal/external functions;

  • Travel coordination and monthly expense reconciliation; and

  • General administrative and ad hoc support.

What Are We Looking For?

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Legal Support role;

  • High attention to detail and accuracy under pressure;

  • Strong organisational and time management skills;

  • Professional, proactive and can-do attitude; and

  • Strong communicator and team player
