What the role will involve:
Managing complex diaries, meetings and stakeholder coordination;
Preparing court documents, briefs and hearing bundles;
Assisting with electronic court filings and litigation support;
Billing, pre-bills and expense management;
Liaising with clients, counsel, courts and internal stakeholders; and
Supporting large-scale litigation matters across competing deadlines.
What they're looking for:
Previous experience in a commercial law firm environment;
Exposure to litigation or disputes work;
Strong organisational and time management skills;
A proactive approach with the ability to back yourself;
High attention to detail, this matters here; and
Confidence juggling competing priorities without dropping the ball.
