We’re working on an opportunity with a highly regarded Employment Law practice in Sydney CBD that’s looking for an experienced Legal Assistant to join their team.
This is a busy and engaging role where you’ll be trusted with hands-on court filing, brief preparation and day-to-day legal support in a team that values collaboration, culture and quality work over bureaucracy.

What you’ll be doing
Court filing and electronic lodgement of documents;
Preparation and collation of briefs;
Legal administrative support across active matters;
Diary management and deadline coordination;
Document formatting and correspondence; and
General support to solicitors and legal staff.
About you
Experience in a Legal Assistant / Legal Support role;
Confident with court filing and document preparation;
Strong attention to detail and organisation;
Able to manage competing priorities in a busy environment;
Reliable, proactive and team-oriented; and
Looking for a long-term career in legal support.
