What you’ll be doing
Supporting two senior Partners and their team in a busy Disputes practice;
Managing diaries, inboxes and day-to-day workflow;
Coordinating meetings, travel and client arrangements;
Preparing and formatting legal documents;
Billing, time entries and matter management; and
Assisting with client meetings and business development activity.
What we’re looking for
Previous experience as a Legal Assistant in a busy legal environment;
Confident supporting senior stakeholders;
Strong billing and matter management experience;
Highly organised with strong attention to detail;
Able to manage competing priorities and stay ahead of workload;
Professional, proactive and easy to work with; and
Interested in building a long-term career in a top-tier firm.
