What Is The Role?
Supporting two Partners, your responsibilities will include:
Complex diary and inbox management;
Preparing, amending and formatting legal documents;
Billing and monthly financial administration;
Coordinating meetings and travel arrangements;
Matter opening and file management;
Liaising with clients and internal stakeholders; and
General administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the practice.
What Are We Looking For?
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience as a Legal Assistant or Legal Secretary within a law firm (preferred);
Alternatively, strong PA or Team Assistant experience within a professional services environment;
Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail;
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; and
A proactive approach with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
