I’m working with a well-established national commercial law firm that is looking for an experienced Legal Assistant to join their Sydney team.
This is a great opportunity for someone with at least 1 years’ experience working within a law firm who is looking for a supportive team, variety in their day and the opportunity to build their career within a growing firm.

The Role
Your responsibilities will include:
Prepare legal documents, correspondence and court documentation;
Manage diaries, deadlines and key dates;
Assist with briefs to Counsel and matter-related documentation;
Support lawyers with the progression of matters from start to finish;
Manage files, billing and general financial administration; and
Handle correspondence, stakeholder enquiries and general practice support.
About You
We’re looking for someone who has:
Previous Legal Assistant, Legal Secretary or similar legal support experience;
Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail;
The ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines;
Confident written and verbal communication skills;
A proactive and positive approach to your work; and
An interest in developing your legal support career.
