Are you an experienced Legal Secretary or Legal EA looking for a role where you can become a true right hand to a senior Partner?
This is an opportunity to join a well-established national law firm and work closely with a senior Partner who leads a busy and growing practice group.
This is more than a traditional legal support role. You’ll be trusted to take ownership, manage competing priorities and play an important role in supporting both the Partner and wider team.
What you’ll be doing:
Providing high-level support to a senior Partner, including diary management, meetings, deadlines and competing priorities;
Acting as a trusted right hand to the Partner, anticipating what needs to be done and keeping things moving;
Supporting the wider practice group with team coordination, workflow and day-to-day organisation;
Managing client and stakeholder communication and building strong working relationships;
Coordinating team events, meetings and other practice group initiatives; and
Assisting with legal administration, billing, expenses and general practice management.
About you:
Senior experience in a Legal Secretary, Legal EA, Practice Executive or similar role;
Experience supporting a Partner or senior fee earner within a busy practice;
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stay one step ahead;
Mature, proactive and confident in taking ownership of your work;
Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders; and
A team player who enjoys being the person others can rely on to keep things running smoothly.
What’s in it for you
Be the trusted right hand to a senior Partner;
Opportunity to mentor and support junior team members;
Get involved across the wider practice group;
Flexible working, including 1 day WFH; and
Salary up to $110,000 package, depending on experience.
