The role
You’ll be supporting a group of 5-6 solicitors as part of a close-knit team of legal assistants. It’s a varied role with a mix of traditional secretarial support and involvement in practice management.
Key responsibilities
Preparing and managing legal documents, briefs, and correspondence;
Handling transcriptions, including periods of high volume;
Assisting with billing and supporting practice management tasks;
Keeping on top of matters to ensure deadlines are met; and
Managing a shared inbox and coordinating team workflow.
About you
You enjoy working as part of a team, take pride in your work, and are happy to be hands-on in a busy environment.
What we’re looking for
Previous experience as a Legal Assistant or in a similar role;
Experience preparing briefs and handling transcriptions;
Strong organisation skills and attention to detail;
Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines;
A team-focused approach and willingness to support others; and
Professional, adaptable, and comfortable in a collaborative setting.
