What Is The Role?
 
As a Legal Assistant, you will provide high-level support to a busy Environment & Planning team working across a range of development, planning and regulatory matters.

  • Diary and email management;

  • Preparing, editing and formatting legal and planning documents;

  • Assisting with planning applications, submissions and documentation;

  • Liaising with councils, government bodies and clients;

  • Managing billing, expenses and end-of-month processes; and

  • General administrative and PA support to fee earners.

What Are We Looking For?

  • Experience as a Legal Assistant, Legal Secretary or Legal PA;

  • Billing experience;

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail;

  • Ability to manage competing priorities; and

  • Strong communication skills and proactive approach.
