We're partnering with a leading global law firm to recruit an experienced Legal Assistant to join their highly regarded Insolvency & Restructuring team. Supporting two Partners, this is an opportunity to become a valued member of a close-knit, supportive team that genuinely invests in its people.
This role would suit a proactive Legal Assistant who enjoys being the go-to person, thrives in a busy environment, and takes pride in delivering exceptional support.
The Opportunity:
No two days will look the same in this fast-paced practice. Working closely with two Partners, you'll be responsible for keeping things running smoothly while building strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
Your responsibilities will include:
Complex billing and financial administration;
Proactive diary and email management;
Coordinating domestic and international travel;
Preparing, formatting and amending legal documents;
Client liaison and relationship management;
Assisting with the coordination of client functions and events;
Matter management and file administration; and
General legal assistant and practice support duties.
About You:
We're looking for an experienced Legal Assistant who enjoys supporting at Partner level and is seeking a role where they can become a trusted member of the team for years to come.
You will bring:
Previous Legal Assistant experience within a law firm;
Strong billing experience, including complex billing;
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail;
The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines;
A professional, proactive and adaptable approach; and
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
