The role
You will support a busy General Insurance team, working closely with Partners and lawyers across the practice. The role offers variety and the chance to take ownership of your work.
Drafting and preparing court documents and correspondence;
Diary and inbox management;
Brief preparation;
Monthly billing;
Opening and closing matters;
Providing EA and PA support where required; and
General administrative support to the wider team.
About you
You are organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a role where priorities can shift.
1+ years’ experience as a Legal Assistant, Legal Secretary or in a similar role;
Billing experience is desirable but not essential;
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail;
Clear and confident communication skills;
Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines;
A team-oriented approach; and
Interest in building a long-term career in legal support.
