What is the role?
You’ll be supporting senior lawyers across a range of personal injury matters, playing a key role from file opening through to resolution. Your day will be varied, hands-on, and never dull.
Responsibilities include:
Managing end-to-end file administration;
Drafting correspondence, court documents and briefs;
Liaising with clients, medical providers, barristers and insurers;
Diary management, court dates and key deadlines;
Assisting with preparation for mediations, conferences and hearings; and
Providing warm, professional client service during sensitive matters.
What are we looking for?
Previous experience as a Personal Injury Legal Assistant or Paralegal;
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills;
Confident communicator with a calm, empathetic approach;
Able to manage competing priorities and work to deadlines; and
Proactive, team-focused and solutions-oriented.
