What is the role?
We are currently seeking a dedicated and highly organised full-time Assistant to provide day-to-day support to the Operations Manager. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role suited to someone who enjoys variety, responsibility and being a trusted right-hand support.
Working closely one-on-one with the Operations Manager, you will play a key role in managing priorities, coordinating workflows and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations. You will also work collaboratively with other Executive Assistants and Office Coordinators to support the broader Head Office function.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing daily one-on-one support to the Operations Manager;
Proactive diary management and agenda preparation;
Drafting and amending correspondence and documentation;
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders;
Supporting projects as required; and
Travel coordination.
What are we looking for?
Minimum 3+ years’ administration experience;
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
Excellent professional written and verbal communication skills;
Reliable, professional and discreet approach to work;
Strong multitasking ability with exceptional attention to detail; and
Proactive, flexible and collaborative team player.
