What is the role?
This Operations & Events Coordinator position is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to step into a broad, hands-on position.
You’ll play a key role across events, facilities, office operations and people support, while also assisting the management team with a range of administrative and coordination tasks. The role suits a proactive, positive go-getter who enjoys variety, takes initiative and brings a great attitude to work.
Key responsibilities include:
Planning, coordinating and delivering internal and external events;
Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office;
Managing facilities, maintenance and supplier relationships;
Assisting with onboarding, inductions and training new staff; and
Assisting with inbox management and admin support.
What are we looking for?
Experience in operations, events, administration or office coordination;
Professional services experience ideal but not essential;
A positive, can-do attitude and great sense of humour;
Strong organisational skills and ability to juggle competing priorities;
Confident communicator who takes initiative; and
Someone keen to grow, learn and step up over time.
