What is the role?

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Legal PA to join an established Employment team and provide high-level support to Partners and lawyers.

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing complex diaries and coordinating meetings and appointments;

  • Preparing correspondence, documents and presentations;

  • Managing incoming and outgoing communications;

  • Opening and closing matters and maintaining accurate files;

  • Assisting with billing, reporting and general matter administration;

  • Liaising with clients and other key stakeholders; and

  • Coordinating court and electronic filing requirements where required.

What are we looking for?

  • Proven experience as a Legal PA, Legal Assistant or Legal Secretary within a law firm;

  • Previous experience supporting Partners and/or senior lawyers;

  • Experience with billing and legal practice management systems; and

  • Excellent attention to detail.
