I’m working with a global law firm on a Legal PA opportunity within their Employment team. This role has been created due to an internal promotion and sits within a stable team that doesn’t experience high turnover.
You’ll be supporting a friendly, collaborative and passionate Employment group made up of 1 Partner, 2 Senior Associates and 3 junior lawyers. The junior lawyers are largely self-sufficient, so the role is focused on providing high-level support to the Partner and Senior Associates. There is also the opportunity to support a Partner who is one of the highest billers across the APAC region.

Key responsibilities:
Managing emails, diaries, travel and expenses;
Preparing correspondence, presentations and overseeing document production;
Matter administration, compliance checks and engagement letters;
Supporting client relationships, events and business development;
Managing billing processes and invoicing; and
Mentoring junior team members and assisting with wider admin support.
About you:
2+ years’ experience as a Legal Secretary in a law firm;
Experience supporting a Partner and a team of lawyers;
Strong organisation and attention to detail;
Proactive, adaptable and comfortable working independently; and
Confident with MS Office and practice management systems (Aderant, iTimeKeep, Emburse highly desired but not essential).
You’ll also bring:

Ability to manage competing priorities;
Calm approach in a fast-paced environment; and
Team-first attitude and professionalism.
