What is the role?
As a Legal PA within the General Insurance team, you will provide high-level administrative and legal support to Partners and lawyers, playing an integral role in the smooth running of the practice.
Provide day-to-day PA support to Partners and lawyers;
Manage complex diaries, meetings, appointments and travel arrangements;
Prepare correspondence, legal documents and other documentation;
Manage monthly billing and reporting;
Open and close files and maintain accurate matter records;
Assist with court and electronic filing systems;
Liaise with clients and other key stakeholders;
Assist with general matter management and administration; and
Provide proactive support across the wider General Insurance team as required.
What are we looking for?
Proven experience as a Legal PA, Legal Assistant or Legal Secretary within a law firm;
Previous experience supporting Partners and/or senior lawyers;
Experience with billing and legal practice management systems; and
Excellent attention to detail.
