I’m working with a global law firm on a Personal Assistant opportunity within their Employment team. The role has come up due to an internal promotion and sits within a stable, well-established team.
The focus of the role is supporting a very busy Employment Partner, someone where you need to be consistently one step ahead, anticipating needs and ensuring everything runs smoothly.

Key responsibilities:
Managing emails, diaries, travel and expenses;
Preparing correspondence, presentations and overseeing document production;
Matter administration, compliance checks and engagement letters;
Supporting client relationships, events and business development;
Managing billing processes and invoicing; and
Mentoring junior team members and assisting with wider admin support.
About you:
Minimum 2+ years’ experience as a Legal Secretary within a law firm;
Experience supporting a Partner and a team of lawyers;
Highly organised with strong attention to detail;
Proactive, self-starting approach with the ability to anticipate needs and stay one step ahead; and
Adaptable and confident working independently.
