An opportunity has become available for an experienced Legal Secretary to support a Partner within a busy and growing Technology practice at a well-established national law firm based in Sydney CBD close to Martin Place station.

This role will suit someone who enjoys working at pace, takes pride in being one step ahead, and values autonomy in their day-to-day work. You’ll be supporting a Partner who is approachable, and values collaboration and trust.

About the role:

  • Supporting a Partner and team in a fast-moving Technology practice;

  • Managing billing, document production, and matter administration;

  • Diary and email management;

  • Liaising with clients and internal stakeholders; and

  • Working closely with a broader support team.

About you:

  • Proven experience as a Legal Secretary (law firm experience essential);

  • Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment;

  • Confident with billing and document management;

  • Proactive, organised, and able to work autonomously; and

  • A team player who enjoys collaborating and supporting others.

If you’re a capable Legal Secretary who enjoys responsibility, pace, and technology this could be a great next step.
