What is the role?
This opportunity has arisen due to an internal promotion, reflecting the firm’s strong commitment to career development and progression.
Join a Global Top Tier law firm known for its collaborative culture, high standards, and genuine investment in its people. This is a hands-on role supporting a leading Corporate team in a professional, fast-paced environment.
Preparing, formatting, and distributing legal documentation;
Managing billing processes and supporting financial administration;
Assisting with client matter intake and conflict searches;
Coordinating travel, accommodation, meetings, and diary management; and
Organising and maintaining files, including opening, updating, and closing matters.
What are we looking for?
Experience as an Administrator in a legal or professional services environment;
Strong document preparation skills, including formatting and version control;
High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities;
Excellent communication skills; and
A team player with strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
