Are you an experienced home lending professional who enjoys helping customers achieve their financial goals? 
 
We are seeking a motivated Lending Specialists to join a high-performing team within a well-established financial services organisation. This role focuses on managing home loan applications end-to-end while delivering exceptional member experiences and driving portfolio growth. 
 
The Role

Day to day, you will:

• Deal with a healthy flow of warm leads, and qualify customers over the phone;

• Manage home loan applications from enquiry through to settlement;

• Assess income, expenses and borrowing capacity;

• Provide tailored lending solutions aligned with compliance requirements;

• Identify cross-sell and retention opportunities; and

• Build strong, long-term customer relationships.

About You

You are:

• Over 2 years experience as a lending or mortgage professional;

• Strong in credit assessment and responsible lending;

• Commercially minded with a sales focus;

• Highly organised with excellent time management;

• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer outcomes; and

• Relevant RG146 / Tier 2 accreditation required.
