Role Summary

An exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing non-bank lender in a newly created Lending Team Lead role. This position blends hands-on lending with team leadership, driving performance, coaching capability, and delivering strong customer outcomes in a scaling environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop high-performing lending team;

• Drive sales culture, pipeline management, and conversion performance;

• Manage complex and escalated lending applications end-to-end;

• Allocate inbound enquiries based on risk and team capacity; and

• Monitor compliance, call quality, and responsible lending standards.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in residential/home lending;

• Proven experience leading a team or in a key mentor/coach role;

• Strong credit assessment and responsible lending knowledge;

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; and

• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, growth-focused environments.
