Due to an immediate requirement, an opportunity has become available for an LMS Specialist to join the team on a temporary basis to support the administration and optimisation of the organisation’s Learning Management System.
About the Position
As the LMS Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting learning operations by administering and maintaining their Learning Management System. You will work closely with the training team and internal stakeholders to ensure the system operates efficiently, training content is maintained, and reporting requirements are met.
Key responsibilities include:
Administer and maintain the LMS, including user management and system configuration;
Build and manage courses, programs, and certifications within the LMS;
Upload and maintain learning content and troubleshoot technical issues;
Generate training and compliance reports for internal stakeholders; and
Provide first-line LMS support and assist with system improvements.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
Demonstrated hands-on LMS administration experience;
Experience managing learning content, programs, and reporting within an LMS;
Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills;
Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365 capability;
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment; and
Experience supporting a training team, RTO, or Learning & Development function will be highly advantageous.
