Maintenance Officer – Part Time
We are currently seeking a reliable and hands-on Maintenance Officer to join a well-established aged care village on a permanent part-time basis.
This role will be based across two sites:
Thursdays – Temora; and
Fridays – Cootamundra.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role, takes pride in maintaining safe and well-presented facilities, and has strong general maintenance coordination skills.

2 days per week;
Salary package of $64k + super (pro rata);

Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular inspections of homes and village facilities;
Coordinate and organise general repairs and maintenance works;
Arrange external contractors for services such as mowing and grounds maintenance;
Identify and report safety hazards, damaged walkways or facility issues;
Ensure the village is maintained to a high standard for residents; and
Liaise with contractors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of works.
About You
Previous experience in facilities, property or maintenance coordination;
Strong communication and organisational skills;
Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities;
Hands-on and proactive approach;
Experience within aged care, retirement living or property maintenance will be highly regarded; and
Current driver’s licence required.
