This permanent opportunity sits within the marketing team of an established international organisation with a strong presence across Australia and New Zealand. Based in Melbourne CBD, this hybrid role (three days in office, two days WFH) plays a pivotal role in shaping internal marketing initiatives, campaign communications and engagement strategies that support a national sales function.
About the Role
Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will be responsible for developing and delivering marketing initiatives designed to support sales campaigns, engagement programmes and internal communications. You will lead the creation of campaign messaging, content and communications that ensure key initiatives are clearly understood and effectively rolled out across the organisation.
Working closely with sales leadership, training teams and internal marketing stakeholders, you will play a key role in ensuring campaigns, incentives and strategic initiatives are communicated effectively and drive engagement.
You will:
Develop and implement marketing initiatives that support national sales campaigns;
Lead the creation of communications, presentations and engagement content;
Design and deliver incentive and recognition initiatives aligned to business priorities;
Develop content for regular leadership meetings and key internal forums;
Partner with sales and marketing stakeholders to optimise campaign rollout;
Support national events, training programmes and internal initiatives; and
Analyse engagement and campaign performance to inform future activity.
This is a highly collaborative role suited to someone who enjoys working closely with commercial teams and translating strategy into engaging and practical communications.
About You
You are a marketing professional who enjoys working at the intersection of marketing strategy and sales engagement. You are creative, organised and comfortable partnering with senior stakeholders while delivering practical campaign outcomes.
You’ll bring:
Experience developing marketing campaigns that support commercial or sales teams;
Strong content development capability across presentations, communications and campaigns;
Experience delivering incentive, engagement or recognition initiatives;
Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence across teams;
Strong organisational and project management skills; and
A creative, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to translate strategy into action.
