We’re partnering with Centennial, a fast-growing property investment manager, to find a Marketing Content Specialist to lead strategic content, digital campaigns and investor communications.
Working closely with senior leaders across marketing, investor relations and funds management, you’ll create compelling campaigns and investment narratives that strengthen brand credibility, support capital raising initiatives and drive audience engagement across digital, CRM and social channels.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, this role blends strategic storytelling, campaign execution and digital marketing within a sophisticated property and investment environment.
You’ll lead the development of high-quality written and visual content across thought leadership, campaigns, CRM journeys and brand communications, creating engaging content that supports investor engagement. While this role is primarily content-focused, you’ll also have the opportunity to build your skills in CRM campaigns, email journeys and marketing automation with support from the wider team.
Key Responsibilities
Develop engaging content across investor communications, thought leadership, campaigns, website and digital channels;
Create compelling visual marketing assets including presentations, social graphics, infographics and campaign materials;
Support and optimise CRM campaigns, email communications and marketing automation initiatives;
Assist in lead generation and capital raising campaigns across digital channels;
Track campaign and content performance, using insights to improve engagement and conversion; and
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality marketing outcomes.
What You’ll Bring
Proven experience across content marketing, copywriting and digital campaign execution;
Strong storytelling, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for targeted audiences;
An eye for design, with confidence creating polished visual assets;
Strong organisation skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities;
A proactive, curious mindset with commercial awareness;
Experience within Property and Financial Services is highly regarded; and
Exposure to CRM platforms or marketing automation tools is advantageous, but not essential.
