Our client is a well-established and highly successful organisation operating in the transport and manufacturing sector. Backed by global scale and capability, their Australian operations continue to experience strong growth across multiple entities nationally.
As part of this continued expansion, they are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to take ownership of marketing initiatives across the business in a newly created, greenfield role.
This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys building structure, driving accountability and working closely with operational and sales teams to deliver tangible commercial outcomes.
The Opportunity:
Reporting at a group level and working across three Australian entities, you will:
Take ownership of marketing activity across the business, creating structure where none currently exists;
Drive digital marketing initiatives targeting small to medium-sized customers;
Work closely with external digital agencies to execute campaigns;
Partner with Sales Managers and Operations leaders to ensure marketing plans are delivered on time;
Coordinate content creation including sourcing photos and videos from internal teams;
Support the coordination of smaller corporate events annually; and
Assist with the delivery of a major national industry event held every two years.
This role will require someone confident enough to push for outcomes, particularly where marketing activity depends on input from sales teams. Strong stakeholder management and follow-through will be critical to success.
About You:
3–5 years’ experience in a marketing role with exposure to digital channels;
Comfortable operating in a hands-on, delivery-focused environment;
Confident working with sales teams and senior operational stakeholders;
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams;
Proactive, commercially minded and able to work autonomously; and
A strong cultural fit – personable, easy to work with and solutions-focused.
Industry experience is not essential; marketing capability and drive are the priority.
The Details:
Salary negotiable based on experience;
5 days per week onsite in Cranbourne West;
Newly created role with genuine ownership and influence; and
Exposure to senior leaders across multiple business entities.
If you’re looking for a role where you can build, influence and take real ownership of marketing outcomes in a growing industrial business, we would love to hear from you.
