The Role:
This role supports the Head of Marketing to deliver digital campaigns, events, and content that enhance client experience and drive business growth. Working in a small, fast-paced team, it requires initiative, accuracy, and strong collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Execute marketing campaigns, including planning, writing and sending weekly email communications;
Manage data, social media platforms, and the company’s LinkedIn presence;
Oversee website updates and SEO, working with the digital agency to optimise performance;
Coordinate webinars, online training and in-person events, including setup, promotion and material distribution;
Handle client and prospect enquiries for training, events and related products;
Support the wider team with proposals, tenders, presentations and client communications;
Assist with product roll-outs, sales campaigns and customer enquiries;
Contribute to reporting, process improvements and customer/competitor research; and
Manage internal and external expectations to deliver high-quality service.
The Ideal Candidate:
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple marketing and/or event projects, preferably in professional services or B2B settings;
Practical experience using email marketing tools, managing social media (particularly LinkedIn), and maintaining website content through CMS platforms;
Knowledge of SEO best practices, event planning, and executing digital campaigns;
Highly organised with the capability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team environment;
Self-motivated and able to take initiative; and
Skilled in Microsoft Office (including PowerPoint) and experienced with platforms such as Kentico, Adobe, Canva, EMS, and various social media tools.
