Reporting into the General Manager, you will work closely with key stakeholders to deliver impactful marketing across digital, content, campaigns, and industry engagement. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both thinking strategically and rolling up their sleeves to execute.**

The Responsibilities**
**
Develop and execute marketing and brand strategy aligned with business goals;
Manage multi-channel campaigns across digital, social, email, print, and events;
Own the content calendar and lead generation initiatives with the sales team;
Create marketing assets, including tenders, presentations, and visual collateral;
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure brand alignment; and
Track campaign performance and manage budgets to maximise marketing impact.
**Skills and Experience
**
3 + years in marketing, communications, or brand leadership;
Proven success delivering multi-channel campaigns and content;
Skilled in copywriting, digital tools, CMS, and basic design (InDesign);
Confident with data analysis to optimise performance and ROI;
Experience with tenders and B2B collateral preferred; and
Industry background in construction, design or the built environment.
