Urban Play is a design-led consultancy shaping play spaces and community environments across Australia. Their work goes beyond projects it creates places for connection, creativity, and impact.
The opportunity
Reporting to the General Manager, this role will lead the delivery of marketing across digital, content, campaigns, and industry engagement.
You’ll sit at the intersection of strategy and execution, developing ideas, bringing them to life, and telling the stories behind meaningful projects. It’s a role for someone who enjoys variety, creative thinking, and getting hands-on.
Key responsibilities
Deliver marketing initiatives across digital, content, campaigns, and events;
Create engaging content including project stories, case studies, and thought leadership;
Drive campaigns that generate interest, engagement, and qualified opportunities;
Manage website, social media, SEO, and paid channels;
Partner with suppliers on product and campaign activity;
Support industry engagement through events, presentations, and activation; and
Track campaign performance and manage budgets to maximise marketing impact.
Skills and experience
3 + years in marketing, communications, or brand leadership;
Proven success delivering multi-channel campaigns and content;
Skilled in copywriting, digital tools, CMS, and basic design (InDesign);
Confident with data analysis to optimise performance and ROI; and
Experience with tenders and B2B collateral preferred.
**Desirable
**Experience within a design, construction, architecture, or project-based environment.
