As the National Account Executive,

You will:

  • Manage key retail accounts, driving sales growth, profitability, and strong commercial relationships;

  • Lead customer planning across promotions, pricing, and product ranging to deliver category growth;

  • Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and category teams to deliver seamless execution and forecasting accuracy; and

  • Report on sales performance, trade spend, and key insights to guide business decisions.

What you will have:

  • Proven experience in account or category management within FMCG, with strong commercial and financial acumen;

  • The ability to build trusted customer partnerships and negotiate for mutual success;

  • Strong analytical skills with confidence using sales and category data to influence outcomes;

  • A proactive, collaborative approach with the drive to take ownership and deliver results in a fast-paced environment;

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Office;

  • Experience with IRI (scan data) preferred;

  • A strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to sales and negotiation; and

  • FMCG experience 2+ years in a similar role is essential.
