**About the Role
**This National Account Manager role will drive the commercial success of customers within retail channels. It will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, developing joint business opportunities, and executing customer strategies that deliver growth for consumers, customers and the company. Working with cross-functional teams, this position plays a key role in achieving business objectives while ensuring best-in-class customer management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage key customer accounts and build strong stakeholder relationships;
Develop and execute Joint Business Plans to drive sustainable growth;
Identify and deliver commercial opportunities that create value for both customer and business;
Lead negotiations across promotions, pricing, activations and trading terms;
Manage forecasts, trade investment budgets and customer profitability; and
Analyse performance data and provide insights to support business decisions.
About You
Proven FMCG account management or customer development experience;
Strong track record managing major retail customers and delivering growth;
Commercially astute with excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills;
Experience with forecasting, promotional planning and trade investment management; and
Analytical, data-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
