About the Role
This is a highly autonomous National Account Manager role with genuine ownership of key grocery customers.
You’ll be responsible for driving performance across your accounts, owning Joint Business Planning, promotional strategy and day-to-day commercial delivery. Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll play a key role in executing channel strategy and delivering growth.
This role offers strong exposure across pricing, trade spend and category, with a clear pathway into broader channel or leadership roles over time.
Key responsibilities include:
Owning the day-to-day management of key grocery accounts;
Delivering Joint Business Plans aligned to category and commercial strategy;
Managing pricing, promotions and trade investment across your accounts;
Driving growth across ranging, distribution and in-store execution;
Managing forecasting, volume tracking and account performance;
Building strong, credible relationships with key stakeholders;
Partnering cross-functionally across marketing, category, supply chain and finance; and
Supporting broader channel initiatives and strategic projects.
About You
You’re a commercially capable account manager ready to take ownership and step forward in your career.
You may already be operating at NAM level, or you’re a high-performing NAE ready to move into a role with more accountability and exposure.
You’ll bring:
FMCG experience within grocery account management;
Exposure to Joint Business Planning and trade spend management;
Strong commercial acumen across pricing and promotional strategy;
Confidence working with data, forecasting and performance analysis;
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment; and
You’re proactive, commercially driven and comfortable operating at pace, with a focus on delivering outcomes.
