About the role

This National Account Manager role will see you take ownership of several key grocery and convenience customers while playing a central role in delivering profitable growth.

Reporting to the Group General Manager Sales, you will be responsible for managing major retail relationships including Coles, Costco and 7-Eleven. You will lead the development and execution of joint business plans while identifying opportunities to grow distribution, drive category performance and strengthen long term partnerships.

Key responsibilities will include managing range reviews and securing new product ranging across both branded and private label portfolios. You will also oversee promotional planning; pricing strategy and trade spend to ensure strong commercial outcomes for both the customer and the business.

Working closely with internal category, marketing, supply and finance teams, you will ensure the business delivers strong execution across the customer base while maintaining a clear focus on sales and profitability targets.

Alongside the commercial responsibilities, you will work cross functionally with internal teams across supply chain, marketing, finance and category to ensure the business delivers best in class execution across the customer base.

About you

You are likely already working as a National Account Manager within the FMCG sector and have experience managing major grocery customers.

You understand how the grocery channel operates and are comfortable navigating joint business planning, range reviews and commercial negotiations with large retail partners.

Commercially you are confident working with category and sales data and can translate insights into clear strategies that drive growth within your accounts. At the same time, you recognise that long term success in FMCG is built on strong relationships, and you enjoy building trusted partnerships with your customers.

Internally you are collaborative and enjoy working cross functionally with marketing, category and supply teams to deliver results.
