About The Role
This National Account Manager will take ownership of key retail partnerships, developing and executing commercial strategies that drive sustainable growth across a leading Health & Wellness portfolio. Working closely with major customers, you'll lead joint business planning, identify growth opportunities, negotiate commercial agreements and deliver best in class account management. This role will suit a commercially minded professional who thrives on building strong customer relationships, influencing key stakeholders and turning strategic plans into measurable results in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute customer strategies to achieve sales, profit and market share targets;
Lead Joint Business Planning and annual commercial negotiations with Woolworths;
Identify growth opportunities through category insights, promotions and portfolio expansion;
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders;
Collaborate cross-functionally with Category, Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance teams; and
Deliver accurate sales forecasts, manage budgets and monitor account performance.
About You
Experience managing Woolworths as a client is essential;
Demonstrated experience in a National Account Management role within FMCG;
Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering profitable growth;
Experience in Joint Business Planning, promotional planning and commercial negotiations;
Ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable customer strategies; and
Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
