Looking for a hands-on NetSuite and Salesforce admin role where you can manage, optimise and enhance enterprise systems within a globally recognised consumer business?
This permanent opportunity offers full ownership of NetSuite ERP and Salesforce CRM administration, workflows, dashboards, reporting and integrations. Based in Melbourne CBD, this is a hybrid role (three days in office, two days WFH), working closely with cross-functional IT, sales, operations, finance, and marketing teams.
About the Role:
Reporting to the Head of IT, you will be responsible for end-to-end administration and optimisation of NetSuite ERP and Salesforce CRM. This includes building workflows, reports, dashboards, validation rules, maintaining data integrity, coordinating releases, troubleshooting integrations, and delivering high-quality documentation.
You will:
Configure, maintain and enhance NetSuite and Salesforce functionality;
Build workflows, dashboards, reports, validation rules, approvals;
Perform impact assessments and coordinate change/release processes;
Maintain data quality, import/export processes and reconciliations;
Monitor integrations, troubleshoot system issues and resolve incidents; and
Develop and maintain SOPs, user guides and end-user training materials.
This is a highly visible, hands-on technical role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-system environment and enjoys process improvement and system optimisation.
About You:
You are an experienced NetSuite and Salesforce administrator with a strong understanding of ERP/CRM business processes such as order-to-cash, opportunity management, inventory, and finance basics. You are confident managing multi-system integrations, conducting impact analysis, and delivering controlled, production-ready changes.
You’ll bring:
3–5 years’ experience supporting enterprise applications in multi-system environments;
Hands-on NetSuite ERP administration experience;
Exposure to Salesforce CRM administration, Lightning, workflows, dashboards;
Strong SQL/query reporting capability and familiarity with JavaScript;
Excellent documentation, training, and stakeholder management skills; and
Full working rights in Australia.
