Key Responsibilities

• Drive enterprise-wide leadership initiatives that shape strategy and empower leaders;

• Turn capability frameworks into actionable pathways and practical tools that deliver real impact;

• Uncover organisational opportunities and implement innovative OD solutions that strengthen performance;

• Collaborate with senior leaders to elevate leadership, culture, and organisational effectiveness;

• Lead high-impact workshops and programs that inspire, engage, and transform teams; and

• Measure, analyse, and enhance initiatives using insights to continuously raise leadership capability.

You are a commercially aware, strategic OD practitioner with executive presence. You thrive in complex environments, influence confidently and balance big-picture thinking with practical execution.

• Significant experience in organisational or leadership development;

• Proven ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders;

• Strong grounding in OD theory and evidence-based practice;

• Experience delivering enterprise-scale leadership initiatives; and

• Pragmatic, adaptable and outcomes-focused approach.
